This one is special for the ladies! As many of you know, Flying Over 50 is our dance flow movement brand. As an over-60 grandmother, I promise you, there is still a sensual goddess within you. Learn some yoga infused dance flow movements to awaken her!
About Makeda
Makeda, a veteran entertainment industry publicist, has received international acclaim for her pro-ageing flow movement/fitness practice. A popular viral performance artist, she began to study, train and explore movement as medicine over 12 years ago, when at the age of 50, her personal world was in crisis. She launched “Flying Over 50” as a dance movement brand to encourage women to embrace the aging process with sass and grace and now, as a certified YOGABODY® Breath and Stretch coach, she presents “The Makeda Method.” The Makeda Method is a portal that helps you establish your own personal practice for health and wellness layered with grace!
